Open the Email app and fill out your email address and password
Select Manual Setup
Select IMAP account
Fill out incoming server settings as specified in the screen below and select Next
Fill outgoing server settings as specified in the screen below and select Next
Email will now be ready for use.
In the mmail app, go to Account Settings
Select your email account
Scroll down until you see settings for incoming and outgoing server
Select settings for incoming server and click Done when you have checked settings
Select Outgoing Server Settings and click Done when you have checked settings
