Open Outlook, go to the Tools menu and select Accounts
Select Other Email Account (Alternatively use + sign at the bottom left)
Fill in fields for username, password and mail server name for incoming and outgoing mail Click Add Account - Email is now ready for use
Go to the Tools menu and select Accounts
Select the current email account in the list on the left and make sure the fields are correct (see example below):
Click the More Options button and make sure that the Authentication field is set to Use information for server for incoming mail
