# Administration

### Upgrade web hosting 

1. Go to **Products** and **My Products**
2. Choose Manage on the product
3. Click on **Change Plan**
4. Select the desired upgrade
5. Complete the purchase on the next page

Note: the upgrade does not take effect until payment is registered.

### Cancel service 

Remember to retrieve data/files from the server space before cancellation.

1. Go to **Products** and click on **My Products**
2. Click on **Manage** on the relevant service/product
3. Click on **Cancel Service**
4. Choose whether the service should be cancelled **immediately** or at the **end of the period**
5. Click the button **Cancel service**
