# Backup

Backups are taken of web hosting servers, which include your websites, databases, and email accounts.

Here we show how you can restore your data via the control panel:

1. Log in to <https://my.servetheworld.net>
2. Click on **Products**
3. Click on **My Products**
4. Click on **Manage** next to the relevant web hosting
5. Click on **Advanced Settings (Plesk)**
6. Find the relevant domain name
7. Go to the **Dashboard** tab
8. Click on the **Acronis Backup** icon

### Restore website files 

1. Select the relevant date
2. Click on **Files** 3. Check the box for the relevant folder/files to be restored
3. Click on **Recover** (Alternatively, click the **Download** button to download a copy to your computer)
4. Click **Recover** again to start the restoration

### Restore database 

1. Select the relevant date
2. Click on **Databases**
3. Check the box for the relevant database
4. Click on **Recover** 5. Check the box for **Recover database users**
5. Click on **Recover** to start the restoration

### Restore email account 

1. Select the relevant date
2. Click on **Mailboxes**
3. Check the box for the relevant email account(s)
4. Click on **Recover**
5. Click on **Recover** again to start the restoration
