Checklist

• Username is your email address eg. post@demo.no
• Password - Unsure of password?
• Try login at https://webmail.stwcp.net/

Overview of the advanced user:

Setup

Open Safari Browser and go to https://autoconfig.stwcp.net/

Fill out your email address, name and password (the latter is optional here)

Click on REQUEST CONFIGURATION

• A file called mobileconfig.mobileconfig is downloaded to your PC

A new window will automatically pop up, this is called PROFILES

Click SHOW PROFILE to see more details about the setup - click CONTINUE to proceed

Fill out the password for your email account and click INSTALL to complete - Email is now ready for use in the mail program.

Change settings to existing account in Mail (macOS Sierra 10.12)

The guide is based on the following versions: Mail version 10.0 macOS Sierra 10.12

To find macOS version, go to the apple icon at the top left and select "About this machine" To find version for Mail, open Mail, go to Mail menu at the top left and select "About Mail"

1. Open Mail
2. Go to the Mail menu in the upper left and select Options
3. Go to Accounts and then to Server Settings
4. Review the Incoming Email Server and Outgoing Email Services information
   • If you have forgotten your password, you can change your password to an email account at https://hcp.stwcp.net/ - contact the webmaster
   • If you want to check that you have the correct password, you can try login on webmail at https://webmail.stwcp.net/ 5.Click "Save" to save the changes. Mail will now verify whether the settings are correct or not.

Remove options for "Manage connection settings automatically".
