Upgrade Web Hosting

Upgrade web hosting

  1. Go to Products and My Products
  2. Choose Manage on the product
  3. Click on Change Plan
  4. Select the desired upgrade
  5. Complete the purchase on the next page

Note: the upgrade does not take effect until payment is registered.

Cancel service

Remember to retrieve data/files from the server space before cancellation.
  1. Go to Products and click on My Products
  2. Click on Manage on the relevant service/product
  3. Click on Cancel Service
  4. Choose whether the service should be cancelled immediately or at the end of the period
  5. Click the button Cancel service
