Have you forgotten the password to your account?

• Go to https://my.servetheworld.net/, click on Forgot password? and enter your username (email address).
• You will shortly receive an email to change the password for the control panel – follow the instructions in the email.

Add an additional user to your account

1. Log in at https://my.servetheworld.net
2. Click on your profile at the top right and select User Management
3. Click on Invite new user
4. Enter the email address of the new user and select permissions
5. Click on Send invitation
6. An invitation will now be sent by email. The user must open the email and click on Accept invitation.
   • If the user does not have an account with ServeTheWorld, they must choose Register.
   • If the user already has an account with ServeTheWorld, they must choose Log in and log in with their existing control panel credentials.
